Cons
In the end of the day it is still consulting - short-time projects all around Europe and constant stress over chargebility, career growth, and need to cover everything by project costs and to be approved by project manager - even as simple item as headset. They are growing intensely and merging with a bigger company, which increases bureaucracy level day by day - up to the point it's not motivating to take any action in the company.
