Easy to be noticed for the personality. Access to almost any training or certification for free. Values are discussed and put into practice. It's also growing a lot these last years, which increases the career growing speed.
Cons
I feel like everyone is hired, with no filters. You might get excellent people in everis, but you might as well get awful colleagues that know nothing and don't care.
