- Bonus Program: we’re pleased to share that more trainers are successfully achieving bonuses, thanks to program adjustments and ongoing support. Our aim is to ensure these incentives remain both realistic and motivating.
- Communication: our Managers strive to be accessible and responsive, offering guidance and assistance whenever needed. If there’s a specific instance where communication fell short, we encourage you to share it with us so we can address it directly.
- Lesson Report Writing: the reports are an integral part of the lesson experience and can often be completed during the session, ensuring trainers are compensated for their time.
- Lesson Observations: we don’t "spy" on lessons but rather observe selectively to identify areas where we can offer targeted support and resources to help Trainers succeed and get them a higher pay.
- Compensation and Support: while pay increases may not always be direct, we’ve invested heavily in resources like incentive programs with monetary benefits and technology upgrades to enhance your experience and increase earning potential.
