Pros
remote work is the only plus
Cons
Pay is horrible, especially for a company that bragged that it makes so much money with compounded medication that it would not stop compounding despite FDA regualtions against this. I interact with about 6 patients for every one that I get paid for. There is no real time interaction with the EMR or regarding prescribing preferences, so you never know if you are doing what the protocol calls for. Onboarding just consisted of reading the protocol and watching videos, no hands on with patients or test patients. Never get follow up on patients that have been seen before. Weekends and nights are encouraged.
