Pros
You'll learn a lot - no doubt. Some of the people you'll work with are awesome people.
Cons
No work/life balance Incredibly underpaid because "its the music industry" You'll do a lot of work that will never see the light of day. Upper management is an unmitigated disaster. You'll be promised a lot if you "just put the work in" and you'll get none of it unless your really tight with management. The CEO really calls all the shots, every single thing needs his approval to move forward.
