I can't think of any cons at the moment, considering the strong focus on personal growth and a collaborative work culture. Overall, this company provides a dynamic and rewarding work environment with plenty of opportunities to thrive.

The people I work with are great. The work is very interesting and dynamic. It is a small company, so there is a lot of opportunity to work with other departments and gain knowledge regarding things outside of your role.

Only do raises once a year and are typically fairly small.
