Very good culture (promoted team unity with monthly staff meetings and fitness challenges), flexible scheduling, great discounts.

Cons

Bonuses tied to store target not individual performance. Lack of pay progression. Inability to transfer store locations during breaks (summer and winter), which proved continuing to work difficult as a college student.

Pros

discounts, perks, benefits, and community events. I love my coworkers that aren’t in management.

Cons

lots of drama. I’ve been bullied and excluded by a handful of people, including managers. very much so the popular scene. tight scheduling. just updated policy. not many people are happy. have to abide by policy and no way around it for scheduling. dramatically less lenient with scheduling and expectations than when I started. very disappointed. seems they care more about the guest experience than the employee experience now.
