- Great benefits - Great employee discount - Pay with max bonus is good compared to other CSR work
Cons
- Extreme micro-managing - Bonus structure, time off system and attendance policy became increasingly stricter every year with no new incentives for employees - Bonus is more difficult to get than ever - Company does not take feedback from team leads or educators at all - Despite record setting profits every year, company proceeded to cut teams, slow internal hiring, and cut costs every year. - More and more educators are replaced with outsourced CSR companies who provide much worse service and are not held to same standards, and you are expected to clean up their messes when customers call back angry
