Pros
Good discounts on its own product if you are a lululemon fan.
Cons
Some benefits are useless(USA) - Not a single paid paternity leave till 2 years - Lululemon gives $250 monthly for health-related classes which you can not use for Gym. Still, you have to pay Tax(~30%) = $75 which is costlier than a regular gym - No carryover PTOs. - Very average numbers of PTO - No HSA benefits - Gives 60% off on products still you can't afford which you can only use for yourself not even for family members.
