Pros

Great team environment with supportive coworkers and positive culture. Strong emphasis on personal growth, communication, and leadership development. Flexible scheduling and a workplace that values health, wellness, and work-life balance

Cons

Can be fast-paced during peak hours and requires strong multitasking. Expectations can be high at times, especially around guest experience and store standards.

Pros

discounts, perks, benefits, and community events. I love my coworkers that aren’t in management.

Cons

lots of drama. I’ve been bullied and excluded by a handful of people, including managers. very much so the popular scene. tight scheduling. just updated policy. not many people are happy. have to abide by policy and no way around it for scheduling. dramatically less lenient with scheduling and expectations than when I started. very disappointed. seems they care more about the guest experience than the employee experience now.
