lululemon used to be fun and trust its employees to make business decisions since entrepreneurship is one of the core values. But lately it’s become the exact opposite. It’s all about following rules and doing what your managers tell you even though they have no managerial experience and micromanaging is how they “lead”. lululemon no longer cares about its employees it’s all about money when just a few years ago it was the opposite and the culture was so inclusive and fun.
