Pros
Great tech stack. Excellent bosses/management who give the right amount of autonomy, air cover, and encouragement. If you want to learn a new technology, or think that a technology that hasn't been used before is the best solution for a problem, you can probably make it happen. In this regard, it's a good place for professional development. Much of the work is interesting projects. The product helps people. Substantial annual percentage bonus based on sales objectives.
Cons
Pretty strict requirement to be in the office every day, no ability to work remote without a good excuse. Even though it's a small young company, the culture/atmosphere is a bit stifling like at a big corporation. No annual reviews with merit-based raises, not even cost of living raises -- you'll have to ask.
