Pros
There are a lot of really talented and great people that work for touch. There is some flexibility to work from home. Good time off and holiday allowance.
Cons
Say goodbye to work-life balance. Favoritism is openly shown by the sr. leadership team and middle management. New or 'unpopular' employees are alienated regardless of their ability or work ethic. Absolutely no HR support or structured performance reviews for the US team - good luck getting ahead the right way. The managers that care are worked half to death. The office environment is stressful especially when directors are there - always meeting behind closed doors. This place is enough to make anyone crazy. They refer to their people as 'penguins'... which is appropriate for working in a zoo.
