Disorganized upper management. Lack of communication.things change on a whim with little to know explanation. Extremely long hours with limited support. They fire managers at will with no warning or real reason. At least 7 Branch Managers fired in a two year time span. They are more focused on growth and money than the clients and their staff. Will claim they're not all about money, but that's all they focus on. No health benefits.

This place is so corrupt. They pay their staff the lowest they can while making all the money. They fire people before thier 1 yr reviews so they don't have to give people a raise. The ceo is terrible and greedy. They have clowns running the departments that valve never ran a department a day in thier lives. Do not work here!!!
