      Supportive, growing company with a good workplace culture

      Pros

      - Very flexible in terms of working conditions/location, working hours etc. Have been very good for helping their people manage working remotely during COVID for example. - Will allow you to work dynamically in a team and choose your own career pathway to an extent. Have a good system of performance review. - Interesting and stimulating area of work, helping customers to build models which will allow them to make decisions which shape global energy markets in these interesting times of change. You work with a diverse range of clients and never stop learning new things about the industry, and the software itself.

      Cons

      - If you come from a much larger established company background, there can be some adjustment in moving to a fast-paced, growing, mid-sized company - The workload can vary quite substantially. To keep on top of it you need to be very good at time management and setting priorities. You won't be micromanaged here, so being able to be organised and self-reliant is a must.
