      Pros

      Few very good and experienced people are in the team. Can be greatly beneficial for the growth of the org but no one cares about them

      Cons

      No one should be trusted. Especially the HR, it’s all a lie. Head of the Departments act like they own the company and mentally abusive.

      Pros

      Intention to create a sustainable future on paper. But no one really cares about the environment or their carbon footprint or their environment at work. Vision and Action don’t align at all.

      Cons

      Superficially it’s an MNC but soon you’ll realise it’s actually working on temporary solutions with no process or logic. More like an old fashioned family business. Try to bring in change and you’ll make enemies or get avoided. Management are acting like middle school kids.
