I enjoy working at this company because the overall environment is clean, organised, and the majority of the team members are supportive and pleasant to work with. My department is generally okay and the workload is manageable. However, there is one individual whose working style can be challenging at times — tends to micromanage, prefers to control most decisions, and shows low emotional awareness when communicating. This affects team morale occasionally, but the rest of the colleagues are very helpful and professional, which makes the workplace still enjoyable overall.

TQM-MP:One individual in the department consistently creates a toxic atmosphere. This person frequently starts unnecessary conflicts, speaks to colleagues in a condescending way, and often shifts blame onto others. Gaslighting behaviour is common — tend to portray herself as always right while making others feel at fault.Micromanage and controlling style disrupts workflow and makes the team uncomfortable. The presence of this one individual unfortunately overshadows the many good people and the positive environment the company actually has.
