Pros
They provide paid training to a fresher for 6 months wherein they train you to use important tools on Autodesk alias. Additionally train you to create model meeting industry requirements. While on training you work on live projects.
Cons
As a fresher you are entitled to a long duration bond. The growth of an employee after 1 year is very slow. The designation don’t change even after 3 years.

Pros
Team mates used to work together for a project delivery. Good place to learn new skills with good quality surfacing in Alias. They were trying to improvise on boundaries for work-life balance.
Cons
Top management is selfish and weird. They used to pay less salary according to industry standards.
