Pros

Eurail offers one of the most unique products that exist, a travel product that enables incredible freedom to travel. The company also has some great benefits, and gives you the opportunity to grow and develop yourself as an individual. It also has a very diverse workplace where you can work together with many different cultures and be exposed to many ideas and different views. You will learn an incredible amount of patience and individuality working here, as you will be left to your own devices to plot a course.

Cons

The downside of Eurail is the manner in which it is managed. Eurail has gone through at least three different ways of working, restructuring or reorganizations within less years. Your progression through the company is incredibly dependent on your manager and the connections you have elsewhere. There is little accountability, and few people within the company take responsibility. Every summer you will experience high amounts of stress as the product has flaws that become apparent during the high season, flaws that continue to exist for years without solution. The management team, however wonderful people they are, are not competent managers. Who consistently hide behind a flawed way of working that they conceived, rather than critically examining their own contributions to this product.

Pros

The company is based in a nice, modern office near the railway station, and the diversity in staff is really nice

Cons

The company culture is really unhealthy, the management is insecure and very emotional and promotion of people isn't based on performance but on personal preferences. Staff turnover is high
