      Management team has been chosen by a buddy system and it shows. Too many people in management lack both the leadership and the knowledge for their position.

      Pros

      I met some of the best people who have become lifelong friends.

      Cons

      The merger with Westar created a toxic, chaotic environment, leaving some departments to their own demise while the CEO continued selling the new brand with racially motivated undertones. It became a "do as I say, not as I do" company which lacked the support of their own diversified culture. It was a great company when I started but after two mergers, it was a place I no longer recognized.

      Certain employees treated far better than others. Some do no work at all. Favoritism reigns supreme.
