Toxic, manipulative leadership from ownership. No stable management structure—constant turnover, zero accountability from the owner. Unethical practices: procedures performed by unlicensed staff without proper supervision. Emotionally abusive communication; leadership uses guilt and public shame to control staff. Pay and job responsibilities change without notice or consent. Employees are frequently let go without cause; legal action has been considered or pursued by more than one. No regard for employee mental health or well-being. I do NOT recommend working here in any capacity.
