      Exenta HRMS - Experience the Fake Assurance!!! BUG !! BUG !!!!

      I really do not know who designed the website, Hats off to their imagination . But the "Truth" is the product does not function like as you see in the Website ...... Website is a main attraction for any customer to sign up a deal with this product . And company owner has been successful in Attracting the customer but failed in retaining them.

      Cons

      This product does not function as per customer wish or as developed by the company wish itself . But the company executes a fake marketing strategy, which assures customer about customized feature and gets a deal. During a implementation ,there is frequent change /Switch of Implementation Engineers, If the customer is beating around the bush for customization features in the stipulated deadline. This is trick played by the company to divert the Customer attention from customization. The product is full of bugs , if one set of bug is fixed and deployed, the other set of bugs gets emerges. This is not a good company for Fresher and for any one who is looking for career break.

      Despite a bunch of wonderful people working there,the company runs on many pretences.In order to know better,one should enquire about exenta to many other clients before getting besotted on the marketing teams blustering.They do not have the system of delivering anything on time

      Cons

      Your money loses if you decide to buy exenta because of management blustering.What exenta has is an antlion but rather project themselves to an elephant image inorder to make you buy.in reality,nothing seems to be working.

      I was thinking for more than 24 hrs at least to get one positive about this company. But nothing... Yeah you can learn how to act, just watch the MD closely.

      Cons

      Sales team promises the client anything impossible, as they know, its easy to create fictitious number for any research report based on their unethical work practice.This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company. This company has changed its name twice due to bad reputation in market ,will change its name again as they are losing most of their corporate clients .Just to get more details talk to exentas previous clients whome they have mentioned as potential customer within the website.Exenta also indirectly forces employees to write good about them in glassdoor through its employee circular to all employees in common forum to retain brand value. So whatever positive feedback you find in glassdoor recently for exenta is based on indirect force applied.
