      Pros

      Truly able to contribute positive experiences to patients in need. Everyday is a learning experience. Can be proactive instead of reactive in mental health care.

      Cons

      The owner treats her staff like peasants. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect, it almost feels like she thrives on belittling her staff. Questionable coding for maximum insurance charges. Clearly only in business to make money, not for improving the quality of patient's lives.

      Pros

      Very busy and never an opportunity to be bored. Work days fly by. You really get to know and love the patients. Dr. Bhargava is genuine and caring. I worked for her for several years. It has been a while since I have worked for her but she still checks on my family and me on a regular basis. While I was working for her she was very understanding and flexible about working around my children and my school work as I was finishing my degree.

      Cons

      No insurance. Required to work some Saturdays.

      Pros

      Your coworkers are nice. Big parking lot.

      Cons

      Weeknights and weekends (3:00-9:00pm shifts and Saturdays) You are required to be on call after hours with no compensation You have to drive to Sherman twice a week (no mileage reimbursement) Some shifts are 9:00am - 6:00pm with no lunch break Doctor Bhargava is the meanest women I have ever met. She owns the clinic.
