Cons
People in charge are quite ill-suited for their jobs. They take the employees for granted, scrutinizing their every move and counting their 30min break of their 10 hour shift. There are no organizational nor managerial skills whatsoever from the higher-ups, they do not offer any guidance and they chastise subordinates for taking any initiative. Cruel environment, constant insult change and sexist behaviors are the daily routine of an employer. They all secretly looking for another job. Do not recommend.
