      Pathetic company with an egomaniac CEO

      Pros

      There are NO PROS to working here. This company has ZERO FACILITIES.

      Cons

      Everything wrong you could think of is here. The CEO is an ex employee of ISRO and after listening to him I have started to lose faith from ISRO itself. They don't even give you a laptop or PC, you are expected to bring your own and in case if it breaks you have to make arrangements so that the work doesn't stop while your own personal laptop is out for repairs. If there is work then you are expected to bring your tooth brush and towel to the office and never go back home until work finishes, time can from one day to weeks Do question your life choices if you ever get a call from this company.

      Had a decent experience, but company might not do quite well

      Cons

      Founder is a control-freak. he is involved in everything from top to bottom, even making payment for coffee in the office. Hence company might not grow very well

      Pros

      Fabheads is a company attempting to innovate the carbon fibre fabrication process. I worked as a summer intern for a period of two months in the company. The work was related to mechanical design. I had an amazing time working there and gained a lot of practical and design experience.

      Cons

      Nothing negative to say about my experience. Do try to intern/work in the company for a longer period of time.
