Cons
- Annual Leave from 12 days decrease to 8 days only if you work longer, your AL is 14 days (not fair) - Handover was SO BAD, NO SYSTEM ALL MANUALLY DONE not properly done when you just joined the company (old mindset) - NO Staff medical benefits, suggest RM 50 ringgit per headcount also cannot? - Poor leadership - Your JD's can be changed in just over 1 night. It's more like an experiment here. - To many office politic - THE ROAD TO OFFICE WAS SOO SOOO SOOO BAD!! Please change the office location
