I would like to share my experience during my time with Fareladder. Unfortunately, it was not as positive as I had hoped. There were several issues that I believe future employees should be aware of before considering joining the company. Firstly, I found the management to be quite unprofessional. The level of communication and support expected from management was often lacking, leading to a work environment that felt disorganized and unstable. Job security is also a significant concern. Despite being offered a salary hike upon joining, it became clear that the company's strategy involves hiring employees when needed and then replacing them with others at lower salaries once the immediate need is met. This approach not only undermines the trust of employees but also creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and insecurity. Based on my experience, I would caution others against joining Fareladder if they value stability and a supportive work environment. It's important for potential employees to be aware of these issues so they can make informed decisions about their careers.

The leadership in Pune lacks vision and commitment to the company’s overall growth. Instead of fostering talent and encouraging innovation, management seems more focused on personal advancement. Talented employees are often overlooked or suppressed, possibly due to concerns about being replaced by individuals with real expertise. Additionally, communication is a significant issue. Many managers struggle with clear and effective English communication, which impacts collaboration and efficiency. A strong leadership team should prioritize the company's success, nurture talent, and maintain open, constructive dialogue, but unfortunately, this is not the case here.
