Pros

There are no pros working here

Cons

The company is plagued with sexual harassment which comes from Executive level and because the "leaders" conduct themselves that way, the rest of the staff thinks its ok too. It is company culture and you can't complain or you will lose your job. So much for #metoo movements. Any unfair treatment by senior staff is ignored and do not complain or address it because you will be silenced and/or asked to leave if you do not like the environment. HR works for the interests of the company not the employees, so you cant even speak to HR about problems. If you are a person of colour, you will never be in exec level. There are no black managers.
