Pros

None - Even the food at the cafe has been found stale and full of insects

Cons

Dear IIM guy and other insignificant human, You are reading this because you are going to join this dreadful company. Please be advised that you will land yourself in a big mess if you end up in the real estate advisory division here. I'd like to keep this short and crisp - 1) Salaries are never paid on time, at times you are left all dry even after 20 days of the next month. 2) Your travel reimbursements would be given out only at the end of the year. 3) Your boss (fancy 'Joint CEO') will make sure you don't have a life on weekends and on weekdays you will leave office no sooner than 9 PM. 4) Your Joint CEO would be rude and extremely arrogant. Management made a big mistake putting such a young guy as a CEO. 4) His young subordinates are no better - trained pawns who pass down all that they get from their bosses except the fat variables. 5) In the name of IIM, they have created a biased culture which resonates throughout the organization. 6) Forget bad culture, there is no culture. No office parties, no smiling faces. Only a bunch of consultants staring at you every second to create your report for their end of the day gossip with the CEO. You will have no fun activity in the entire year apart from your birthday cake being cut along with 4-5 others who had theirs in the same month. 7) And one fine day, when you leave this dreaded place, you'd be pulling off a miracle if they give your dues within an year of you leaving. All the best fellas.

Pros

Assignments can be interesting. You will make good friends with coworkers stuck in this job. The office is at a good location. You work in an air conditioned office.

Cons

They reduce your salary once you accept their job and resign from previous engagement. Initially they verbally quote a higher pay package during hiring process as they have to compete with other employers. Once you confirm and resign from previous job, they give lower salary in writing. But by then, since you do not have any other job, you have to accept. They have done this for multiple people at multiple levels, even for foreign MBA, IIM and IIT graduates. This is unethical behaviour and fraud practice. Your salary will not come on time. It is delayed by 10-15 days usually and sometimes more. Non taxable component of your salary is delayed a lot, usually paid in October or March, whichever is later. If you travel outstation on company work, your advance, if approved, will hardly be given to you on time. You have to cover the trip on your own expenses and file for reimbursements. Those reimbursements will be returned to you only in December or June, whichever is later. Also, you will not be explained of the monetary benefits available on such travel, so that you don't claim them. Speaking of work ethics, they are hypocrites. While have Code of Conduct policies to prevent dishonesty, still they make you lie to outside parties to collect data for company business and even make you use personal assets to avoid associating company name with those lies. You have to lie to collect market information, they will never spend money to buy data legally. The HR who implement these policies are powerless in this matter. To top it off, this is not even in your job description. Also, they make you do things not in your line of education nor suited for your role, like Masters and MBAs will be asked to set up meetings, arrange cabs etc. for seniors. Work and staffing is unorganized, that too with a team as small as 27-30 members. You will be suddenly removed from one project and put on another as and when a deadline approaches. There is very little learning for you. Even if you were free during the day, one hour before closing time you will be briefed about an assignment and asked to submit your part by next morning. Similarly, you will have less workload during the week but on Friday you will be given a new project and asked to submit by Monday, screwing your weekend over. And this happens constantly. Middle level managers are all Yes Boss kind. No matter the efficiency or relevance, they will not speak up in front of CEO but ask you to do pointless work. Finally you end up doing relevant work after senior management realizes flaws. There is no work life balance. There is no compensation for overtime, no complementary offs, no flexibility in timings. Even if you have worked till 1 am, you are expected to turn up by 09:30 am in spite of not having anything to do till lunch. You are not expected to make any plans during weekends, which are supposed to be holidays. You will be informed about being deputed to some other city for work one day before, never mind your plans for the weekend that you might have made long back. The middle level managers are all brainwashed into believing that the company has right over your personal life just by the virtue of company paying you a salary.

Pros

Very cool and supporting colleagues :)

Cons

To work with REALTY AND SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE DIVISION-ADVISORY at Feedback Infra was the blunder I have ever done in my life. They have a reporting manager who is there called as JOINT CEO. I have never met an adamant and rude person like him in my entire life. Wish him/greet him but he would not react. I doesn't have a word like GRATITUDE in his vocab. The mails which I received during my tenure, lacks the common etiquette which should be followed to address an email to someone in any corporate. The way those mails were addressed was very rude and made an impression of sort of commands or orders more than delegation of work. Actually you will be asked to do that work, what you are not supposed to do. I was even harassed through personal text messages quite few times. Salary which will be credited to your account would be less than that disclosed on the offer letter. Do not expect any support from the Management or Human Resource Department because they believe in - NO HR POLICY ! NO PROTOCOLS ! The reason through which I convinced myself to put a resignation was that I did not want to be a part of the culture where there was no respect of an employee in the organization. A kind of Monarchy rule was followed in this division where there was no value and respect of any employee. Now one can figure out the reason for high attrition rate in this particular division. More than 45 persons have left this department in last two years. I am glad that I have left this organization and living a stress free life because I couldn't let myself mentally harassed each and every day. I am sure, nobody would want to create a mess both in his/her personal and professional life because of the high level of mental stress. Certainly, I wont comment anything against Feedback Infra as a company but RSID, Advisory is not a great division to work with and would never suggest anyone to be a part of this division if the same culture persists.
