- There is room for growth within this company. From my experience, if you perform, it's only a matter of time before opportunities to move into different roles with more responsibility begin to present themselves. - A great work culture with barely any micro management. People are always happy to help. - There is also a good amount of training & expertise which should help level most people up to become high performing employees. Communication is easy between departments.

Cons

- The targets are always designed to push the employees. If someone isn't motivated & fast paced, this could definitely be a hurdle for some to get over. Although, the training and support can get people up to speed.

- Great leadership - Family like culture - Free lunches - Commission structure that actually benefits the reps - Competitive culture driving the best out of you - Good benefits (401k, insurance, etc.) - Sells to an industry with an actual need - Company is constantly growing opening up opportunity for everybody - If you work hard management gets you what you deserve - Work from home 1-2 days a week - I don't dread going into work everyday

Cons

- The cons are traditional sales role cons. But ultimately those come with every sales role so no point in complaining about it. Its what you sign up for!
