This is an honest review. This is a sinking ship. The market is saturated with so many FSMs that FieldPulse can not stand out. There are so many glitches in the software that it’s sometimes embarrassing to show clients. The software is nothing especial. Take a look at LinkedIn. You have Managers and Head employees that are dropping like flies. The atmosphere is very clicky. You have managers that don’t really know how to manage and become managers cause of seniority. This is very stressful job and the pay is well below market average. They have alcohol around the office I guess to make up the fact that everyone is getting paid so low. No 401K contribution. Promotions are based on “How popular you are” not by actual work done. The sales department is very high when it comes to churn rate. CS director has a very short temper that it makes it hard to approach them.

- The targets are always designed to push the employees. If someone isn't motivated & fast paced, this could definitely be a hurdle for some to get over. Although, the training and support can get people up to speed.

Where to start Fieldpulse doesn’t assign territories but instead you’re provided with “leads”. These leads constitute simply a name of a business because generally everything else provided is completely wrong including at times the business names . Very little support from management when their highly scripted process doesn’t get results. Management can be extremely unprofessional in their communication as well as sometimes flat out lying. Success is more closely aligned with luck of the draw as opposed to a product of productivity and execution. Market is very saturated with products and Fieldpulse lacks technical functionalities that really differentiate them in the market. Resources dedicated to getting customers off to a successful start are severely limited. Benefits, 401K, PTO are absolutely bottom of the barrel horrible. Complete sweat shop were you more of a telemarketer instead of an account executive. Frankly not a gig worth taking in any circumstance your time is better spent being an bdr at a more established company. Business outlook not great

The fast-paced environment can be challenging at times and not the best fit for everyone. However, management is always responsive and open to feedback, making sure any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. If you’re adaptable and enjoy a dynamic workplace, it’s an exciting place to be!

- Cannot think of any cons

The work environment felt very unprofessional and chaotic. A lot of favoritism. The office was loud, with vulgar music, inappropriate conversations, vaping, and alcohol openly present throughout the day. Management expected long hours and discouraged leaving on time. The software frequently glitched during demos, training was weak, and many leads provided had inaccurate contact information. Despite this, employees were still expected to meet strict daily KPIs. There also seemed to be constant hiring and firing, creating little stability or support for new employees. I do not think that they believe in diversity because they have fired everyone. Overall, the base pay did not feel worth the environment or expectations so I am looking for a new job.

Fieldpulse is not a structured company and are very different from other companies. -They dont see the importance of diversity. It is caucasian dominated. In 2024, you would only expect better. this does not look good for a company. -Management is unprofessional, focuses too much on employees to "workout" They act like working here is the best job just because they provide couches and that we should all be grateful but in reality, there are better companies that provide better benefits, values diversity, & are professional.
