- There is room for growth within this company. From my experience, if you perform, it's only a matter of time before opportunities to move into different roles with more responsibility begin to present themselves. - A great work culture with barely any micro management. People are always happy to help. - There is also a good amount of training & expertise which should help level most people up to become high performing employees. Communication is easy between departments.

Cons

- The targets are always designed to push the employees. If someone isn't motivated & fast paced, this could definitely be a hurdle for some to get over. Although, the training and support can get people up to speed.

The office is nice (but no privacy and out growing it) and free food/snacks

Cons

Pretty much everything else, not going to sugar coat it. Seems suspicious to me that there are three 5 star reviews all written one after another (I mean come on three 5 star reviews in one day???). Definitely not a job you stay at for long. Pay is not good, over promising, very cliquey, and HIGH expectations. Since I’ve been here I’ve seen people come and go at a rapid pace. Also no longer hybrid and being watched like a hawk at all times.
