      Dodgy company with disturbingly terrible work culture. Stay away!

      Pros

      Not 1 single thing that I could mention.

      Cons

      Employees are treated very bad. They would steal your entitlements. Since my resignation last week, they are abusing me mentally threatening to deduct from my final pay, until I do a handover, while they asked me themselves not to work my notice period and they don't even want to pay me in lieu of that! Executives and managers are the complete opposite of caring.

      Pros

      Great products and nice staff (who have managed to survive).

      Cons

      Owner/CEO is impossible to work for. She micro-manages everything. High turn over of staff says everything. Massive fear culture in this place, everyone is scared to speak up. Have seen shouting, crying and things being thrown in meetings.
