Cons
The MD has asked the staff to write some positive reviews to counteract the negative ones from previous and existing employees. I cannot, in good conscience lie, and I feel I must raise some concerns about my employer. Every day is a struggle at the moment, all the good staff seem to be leaving and others are looking for alternative employment. You don't dare say anything negative as you will be considered a duck, who is attacking company policy, even though you are doing what is in the best interest of the customer or your colleagues, it doesn't matter. Customers are billed for services they either do not need or have not signed up for, which is harming my integrity. I would suggest that if anyone is considering joining our team, that they weigh up their options first, because you will be a number, not a human being. Read the reviews and you will see that there is a burst of 5 star ones all within a few days of each other... what does that tell you? I sometimes feel like a nervous wreck, but I have to put a smile on my face and pretend I am a member of the "purple army", because if I say anything negative, I will be ostracised.
