Pros

Free food occasionally and it's pretty yummy. You will learn tricks for dealing with difficult and abusive people. They will hire almost anyone that can point out a stick of RAM.

Cons

Large portion of the codebase was done by a stoned teenager, so supporting the product is a nightmare. It's a really bad product. Management does not honor their word, there will always be some carrot on a stick they wag in front of you but you will never get it.

Thanks for your review! I love that you pointed out our mission of helping the inexperienced and second chancers gain experience. LOL on the stoned teenager, we did root out a few second chancers that relapsed. Only one in the codebase which was rewritten thankfully. I'm sorry you didn't feel we honored our commitment to you, I wish I knew about that before you posted this review, but it looks like that's too late now(maybe?). I do invite you to come and serve the community with us and help us grow on our humility and humbleness. Anything we can do to improve ourselves is a plus in my book! Most of our ex-employees are still on the volunteer list, but if you're not, please email me at CateringToLove@FoodTronix.com and we'll get that fixed.

IT Support Internship

Pros

With the volume of work so high, you learn quite a bit very quickly. There are experienced technicians that can help at all times. It is great for getting your foot in the door in terms of IT support work.

Cons

There is a heavy workload with not enough technicians, making it more difficult for one on one training. The basics do get covered, but you do get thrown into the swing of things almost immediately.
