We understand that transitions can be challenging—especially following an acquisition. Several of our team members in India joined Founda through that process, moving from a large corporate environment into a smaller, product-driven startup. The shift in culture, pace, and expectations can feel significant, and we recognize that not everyone finds this change fulfilling.
At Founda, we aim to build a culture based on accountability, transparency, and impact. We set high standards for quality and collaboration, and while that can be demanding, it’s also what enables us to grow and innovate quickly. Unfortunately, in some cases, when expectations around performance and teamwork aren’t aligned, we have to make difficult decisions. These are never taken lightly.
We continuously strive to improve communication, support, and clarity for all our team members—across all locations. Constructive feedback helps us identify where we can do better, and we value the insights shared, even when they come from difficult experiences.
