Pros

Teaches you what a healthy workplace should not look like

Cons

If you're thinking about working here, be ready for a horrible ride. The CEO is so rigid it's like talking to a wall, and any idea of growth or a real career path is just a lie they sell to keep you around. Pay is ridiculously low for the amount of stress they dump on you, and the constant changes make it feel like no one at the top actually knows what they're doing. Managers will tighten control over the smallest details, making it impossible to breathe, and the pressure can honestly mess with your mental health. It's the kind of place that drains you day by day, and no amount of we're like a family speeches can cover up how unstable things really are.

Pros

The fast WI-FI is a PRO to reach my quotas.

Cons

They promised me upon interview that "work-life balance" is a priority here, but it's a ridiculous lie. I had constant calls after hours and weekend demands with no day off and holidays. I just accepted as a breadwinner as a breadwinner in the family, yet the pay is insultingly low for the sheer volume of work. I work overtime to compensate, yet overtime pay doesn't exist in their vocabulary either. The management here is a true enemy of its employees, and has become my mortal enemy. This unethical environment is highly discouraged. Beware of the empty promises and lies of this company.

Complete nightmare

Pros

Absolutely nothing! There is a toxic environment here, with micromanagement from the CEO, and everyone feels they could be fired at any moment.

Cons

The organization faces significant challenges under the current CEO's leadership. Her management style leans heavily toward micromanagement, often hindering employees' ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively. Many employees struggle to remain long-term due to a workplace culture that feels rooted in outdated practices, with limited adaptability to modern business needs and evolving industry trends. As a leader, the CEO appears resistant to change and innovation, which has stifled the company’s growth and progress. Despite the company's potential as a minority-led organization, her approach to leadership lacks the empathy and foresight required to foster a positive and forward-thinking environment. Decision-making often seems influenced by personal insecurities rather than objective performance metrics, leading to the loss of talented individuals. Furthermore, the organization operates with a flattened hierarchy, which could be beneficial in some contexts but seems to result in a lack of clear direction and accountability. The focus on external validation over meaningful internal progress detracts from the organization's ability to achieve its goals. Overall, the leadership's inability to adapt and address modern challenges—particularly regarding technology and innovation—creates an unsustainable trajectory for the company. This has made it a challenging place to work, leaving many employees frustrated and disheartened. Improvements in strategic vision, management practices, and organizational culture are crucial for turning things around.
