      Pros

      Close to home, only work eight hours a day, not really any other pros to working for this company at all!

      Cons

      management is volitile, inflexible, has unrealistic expectations and does not trust people to do their jobs. owner is a conspiracy theorist and thinks the world is out to screw him.

      I did receive a pay check.

      Cons

      Promises made and not kept. Punished for coming up with good ideas that benefit the company. A lot of favoritism for advancements, not awarded because of production. A lot of voguer language and belittling used towards employees. Items thrown around the office and doors slammed because of anger.

      It's very easy to WALK too or eMail HR but thank you for your input here, our employees are always welcome to file a complaint with HR at anytime, I believe Fox would have taken something like this very seriously and acted quickly. We have researched the posting issues above and believe it to be without merit and defamatory.

      Decent pay, some great employees, interesting work

      Cons

      The owner isn't happy if everyone else isn't happy.. stirs the pot and keeps everyone stressed. Likes to brag "Not bad for a 10th grade education".. Companies horrible reputation precedes it when dealing with customers.

      This posting is tasteless and defamatory. Fox believes this is the SAME person that posted the “RUNN!!!” comments. Personal attacks on ownership are baseless and without merit. Fox was established in 1988 under the same ownership that has keep Fox running for 30 years. EVERY company has BAD APPLES, sorry things did not work out for you here at Fox.
