Awful company, bolstered by fake reviews

Pros

Stone and chalk are friendly.

Cons

This company is quite possibly the worst decision you could make. Pays very poorly compared to market, non existent benefits, depressing and belittling culture (especially for women). I am sad that I ever worked here and the ongoing impact of the trauma that is FrankieOne. They will never succeed with the current CEO and general leadership at the helm. They look out for themselves and their public perception and have no care for employees mental health. I am surprised this company is still allowed to operate.

Pros

Money, good market fit for product

Cons

The only 5-star you'll see below is career opportunity - that's because staff turnover is so incredibly high. In the past 2 years 247 people have worked at Frankie... only 100 work there now globally. Many of the reviews written by this business are fake too. The management across all teams is very poor, there is an inability to maintain positive senior leadership figures. There are many problems with the product itself and the CEO is lovingly known as "The Eye of Sauron"

Beware Toxic Culture

Pros

Unless you thrive in a cutthroat, toxic environment where individual achievements are valued above all else, I would caution against joining this organization.

Cons

Working here was a harrowing experience, largely due to the toxic leadership embodied by our CEO. The company's culture was poisoned by a relentless pursuit of high performance at any cost, fostered by a narcissistic CEO who prioritized their own ego over the well-being of employees.Under this leadership, employees were constantly pushed to their limits, with little regard for work-life balance or personal health. The CEO's inflated sense of self-importance trickled down, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation throughout the organization.Feedback was often dismissed or met with hostility, as the CEO saw any criticism as a personal attack on their authority. This lack of accountability led to a culture of silence, where employees felt powerless to speak out against injustices or mistreatment. The obsession with performance metrics overshadowed genuine innovation and collaboration, stifling creativity and driving away talented individuals who sought a more supportive work environment. In conclusion. The toll on your mental and emotional well-being simply isn't worth it.
