      Run for the hills - former account exec.

      Pros

      Alright pay but he acts like it’s not his priority to pay you, constantly asking you to remind him to pay you. This man won’t pay you until every other Friday at like 10pm. He’s not a boss, friendly at times, but not a leader of the industry type. Completely on your own from day one, no direction, and prepare to be micromanaged, if that’s a “pro.”

      Cons

      This man Dan Griener promised a pair of AirPods and a brand new Mac book. Obviously he was hard up for money or something because he backed out of both promises, saying “is it in the offer letter?” After giving me his word. He’s not even set up once you produce for him, the product at the company is not trustworthy for sales, so be prepared to have your “prospects” for companies be pick thru. I was laughed at at the person proposed to a company from our in house recruiter, who was not in the mortgage industry before this. Also— I truly believe he needed to reconsider hiring consider past reviews and stability. Issued the W9 then laid me off. Go work for Kforce before this, or a place with structure.

      Unfortunately we did agree to AirPods in the offer letter or promise them. We spoke about getting AirPods to help with doing business development. Upon further review, we found that this employee was paying his girlfriend in marijuana to do his business development leads. Nice guy, but unfortunately it did not work out after a few months.

      Pros

      I have been working for FullCircle Placements in almost a year and I love it. Management is great, work life balance, very flexible with what fits your schedule too! I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for. This is a company that cares about you and appreciates the hard work you put in. I'm so glad I work for such a great team!

      Pros

      Opportunity to help people find jobs that will benefit their lively hood. FCP works with some very reputable clients you can be proud of representing to candidates. Great workplace culture.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a uptight corporate environment this isn’t for you.
