      Pros

      Non management staff are all friendly.

      Cons

      Management barely present and only interested in staff when they need something. Work is very repetitive - promise of interesting projects never materialise. Double standards for treatment of staff. Secretive and bad management - deadlines always last minute with no explanation. Overtime expected with no thanks or extra pay. Good workers treated badly. Bad managers/workers continually allowed to get away with making the same mistakes over and over.

      It's Not A Serious Creative Job

      Pros

      Get to be creative to some degree. Great to work with creative software/tech.

      Cons

      Little progression. Full of promises which are rarely delivered on. You'll be 'asked' to work late/weekends with little, to no notice. Little notice on project deadlines. Senior team members seem to choose their own working hours. No HR dept to regulate operations.

      Pros

      Been working at Futurium full time for many years now and as a whole it's a great company to work for. Coworkers are really friendly and hardworking, they know how to have a laugh and joke around even in buzziest of times. Since starting I have developed new skills that have helped me improve as a 3D artist. The teams come from a lot of different back grounds and are happy to lend a hand in improving your skills. The comany is pretty laid back, as long as the projects are on track.

      Cons

      You'll find most of the project feel the same, though they are different, once you've learned the basics of the pipeline and work flows, it will start to feel repetitive.
