Pros

No pros. At all.

Cons

Very bad TOP management, the Russsian guy Vlad Suglobov is a very rude and not professional leader. You will do the work instead of 3 or sometimes 5 people and you won't get paid for these extra hours. To work on weekends or on holidays is a practice at the company and no respect to employees at all.

Pros

Remote work is the only good thing about this company

Cons

G5’s decline from a promising mid-sized studio to one plagued by low morale and player dissatisfaction stems directly from inexperienced senior leadership. The narrative direction lacks cohesive vision, resulting in terrible product quality. This misalignment is exacerbated by leadership appointments prioritizing rapid promotion over proven expertise.  Attention! If you are a game or narrative designer, you may have problems finding employment elsewhere because of this studio's terrible reputation. The studio uses unethical practices that will sooner or later be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities. The work environment, as mentioned many times in other reviews, is very toxic, including being ridiculed for your work by inexperienced managers.
