This company went into a downward spiral this year. Not paying employees with no information about pay. Why do I have to reach out to upper management to find out if I can get paid? I highly recommend staying away from this place as it's on its last leg

This deliberate misrepresentation is deeply concerning and raises serious ethical questions. Many employees, myself included, experienced profound moral discomfort working under these conditions, prompting a substantial number of resignations. I strongly recommend that any current clients immediately request thorough documentation verifying that all contracted services have indeed been completed as promised. Be prepared, however, as the company's leadership typically responds with excuses or avoids transparency entirely. Furthermore, GD4's facility is severely neglected, characterized by inadequate cleanliness and poorly maintained or entirely nonfunctional equipment. Remarkably, certain advertised services are impossible to execute due to nonexistent or inoperable machinery. I am personally aware of many instances where a service was sold despite the company never having the required equipment. The company frequently delays or outright fails to provide timely compensation, a fact corroborated by numerous former employees, some of whom have reported nonpayment for multiple pay periods, extending into substantial sums. Many employees, including myself, have experienced significant financial hardship as a result of unpaid wages, compelling some to resort to personal loans or the sale of personal property merely to afford basic living expenses. In summary, GD4 Testing Services exhibits deeply problematic and unethical business practices affecting both customers and employees alike. Loads of paid holidays and time off. Management and owner seem to legitimately care about their employees. Great communication and scheduled meetings to keep all facilities on the same page. If you care about your quality of work, there is opportunity for growth within the company.

Management is open to criticism and actively tries to make the day to day process more fluid. Also, the owner regularly lets us go home early if we're slow/have been busting our butts WITH pay. The amount of time off/paid holidays we get is insane compared to the other companies I've worked for. And I love the people I work with at the Lab. Though I have been in management at other places, I feel like this job is actually helping me builds leadership skills that will help in my future pursuits.

Always open to communication. HR encourages low impact conflict resolution and makes it clear that the door is always open. Management works to accomadate all staff to the best of their ability. This company will come through for you if you show up and do what you should.

Liberal time off policy, Owner usually lets us out early on Friday unless something is pressing. Get to use your brain a little bit. Job is pretty easy once you get to know the language. Upper management will sometimes let staff in on events.

Production staff treated like children. Write-ups over small infractions. Substandard training. More emphasis on busy work during slow times than expanding knowledge base. Communication isn't always the best. Low pay.
