Pros
No timesheets to fill, grooming benefits, growing business and client portfolio, quite some nice people who are always willing and open to help
Cons
No timesheets to fill. This means your hours don't matter. It's not a matter of trust for the employees. No employers will care if you chalk up an hour at smoke breaks if you get your work done. Timesheets are meant for P&Ls and making sure employees are not pulling extra hours on accounts that are not justifying the costs. CEO is not professional despite claiming professionalism in the agency and work delivered. Favouritism is apparent in the "family" culture and not everyone can be the favourite child. Be on the right side and you'll have a much simpler and smoother life. Many work encounters/employees/interviews are taken onto her social media accounts and lambasted simply because a point has to be made. Consider following her Instagram closely if you're keen on working at GOODSTUPH. Agency's reputation is often the founder's reputation. Those who belong to her fan club will be drawn to her and this includes clients. This is actually one of the key to much of the business' growth. However, not everyone is aligned with her values and the bad rap gradually affects the quality of talents hired. Many of the talents are fresh, impressionable and wide-eyed. This means that the mid-heavy weight talents, both creatives and strategists alike are lacking to lead the teams ahead.
