Pros

Can't think of any at the moment.

Cons

1. Late sittings are part of the culture. 2. No extra pay for late sittings. 3. Bad behavior. 4. Weekends on randomly. 5. Don't pay well. 6. Always expect you to give a 110% and if they feel you are not upto their standards, they will fire you at a moments notice. 7. Favoritism exists. 8. Mass hiring, mass firing. 9. Terrible leaves system, Marriage leaves are part of quota every year, so essentially you loose many leaves. 10. Can't take leaves at the same time. Only 1 a month. 11. No WFH option. If you do get it due to a genuine reason, you will be the first to be fired. 12. Culture of fear. Always threaten that you will loose your job for illogical reasons like not sitting late. 13. Worthless benefits. 14. They showed off earlier that we gave out cars at the annual dinner, then proceeded to fire a senior lead and sent the police against him to snatch it from him. Even though he offered to pay for the difference. 13. In the name of professionalism, they lack any empathy or human decency at times.

Pros

if you are lucky you will make a few friends who are equally getting crushed no matter how hard they work.

Cons

1- 0 growth no matter how hard or long you work there. 2- fake promises. the corporate leadership will sell you everything you like but those are all fake promises and the only ones getting rewarded are the relatives of the lead or ceo and someone who knows how to make his boss happy by being selling his dignity. 3- it will look like you have a bright future their but you are only going to get juiced out and discared in the end easily. 4- if you are actually someone who is valuable to them they will still use you and if you tried to resign they wwill call your next employer and tell him how you are a bad employee. they will ruin your reputation in the market. 5- pathetic food quality . the team lead the producers and ceo can all go to 5 star restaurants and eat whatever they like during break. but you will get a diaorhea infested food that will kill you faster and make your insides rot. then they will also boast how they give you free food too. 6- no work life balance they can call you in anytime make you sitt late and work on anything they want to. if anything is delayed due to the pathetic management of the incompetent producer it will still be blamed on you and you will have to clean up the mess he made. just accept it and keep working. PS. the HR is not your friend either.
