Pros

Cheap games, sometimes pleasant team members, occasionally tolerable customers, fun working environment when you aren't getting pressured for results, emphasis on customer service.

Cons

Unreliable work hours, random calls from work with shift offers on the day, complete disregard for personal schedules, massive pressure on performance, terrible management, lack of care (by management and head office) for employees, 'obligatory volunteer' hours and unpaid meetings.

Pros

- great co workers - games to play from conferences before selling - customers are great - fast paced

Cons

- bully middle management - scare tactics - long unpaid over time hours - poor pay - no proper training - felt like I was in high school with constant bullying - no $ to put casual staff on resulting in no lunch breaks - favouritism - no chance of progressing
