      Pros

      Anyone who was not management was great.

      Cons

      -They pay minimum of what they can get away with. - Shove all types of responsibilities on you with no type of discussion or agreement. - the doctor mocks you and is overall a nasty person - management is condescending and rude - they will mask the chaotic company management with nice buzzwords in the interview.

      Working in the fertility field you have the opportunity to help people create families.

      Cons

      Don't be fooled by the smoking mirrors. Gen 5 Fertility Center is the most toxic work environment. This company values profits over people which is demonstrated daily in the way they treat people. Dr. Wood who runs the clinic is extremely narcissistic and will not value ANYTHING that you contribute to his company. You will be regularly gaslit, overworked, under paid and under valued...Save yourself from the future therapy bills you'll have from working here...Run.

      Beautiful building over looking the Pacific Ocean

      Cons

      The company is run in a vertical management style causing a constant state of confusion within the company. Unhealthily and unprofessional work environment Unproductive when cramming 4 people in a maximum 2 person office. Works off assumptions A very distrusting environment- the most loyal employees are not trusted and constantly questioned but the company will take full advantage of them.
