Management is so incompetent that they’re not even good at pretending. 4 positive reviews between Jan 24-25 2024 and two from October 20 2022 yes because I’m sure employees felt so strongly about their love for GeneScreen that they all coincidentally posted positive reviews on the same date. No room for growth whatsoever. Management will ignore you. None existent HR department. People in (non-GC) management positions are lazy and not qualified. Low work volume. Low pay. Tasks keep getting added to our work load yet pay never increases. Tons of empty promises.

Good GC co-workers, somewhat flexible schedule

Cons

Terrible HR, low pay, and very hectic schedules. HR has laid numerous people off with a absolutely no notice or severance. The policies are constantly changing and the communication between HR/upper management is terrible. There is no job security
