Pros
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the environment of the company, including the pay, benefits, hours, and fellow employees. It is a successful company and I believe they are going to achieve even more success in the future.
Cons
The position I was hired on for was one that was brand new to the company. They had no idea what everything about it seemed like an impulsive decision on their part. From the start, I was never given specific details about job opportunities and benefits and had to question everything specific thing to get answers. As I was trying to learn the ins and outs of a new company, I was also forced to try and create the position for them with very little feedback or direction the bosses. I understand the intended job position was completely new for both prospective parties with a lot of unknowns. While the company learned a lesson about what they wanted out of an assistant position, I learned that I needed to get a new job.
