Pros
The owner tries really hard to be a good person but seems to battle with her mental health.
Cons
This was supposed to be a dream job but it turned out to be quite heartbreaking. Shame/ blame culture is extreme and micromanagement is intense. Staff turnover is high and demoralizing. Senior staff are disgruntled and openly grumble about wanting to leave but staying for the high salary. I couldn’t stomach being a part of such a negative environment.

Company will cover costs for international work visas.
Cons
No work-life balance. Company regularly requires staff to work late or on weekends without overtime compensation. An intense and uncomfortable environment to work in.
